POSITION SUMMARY: The Marketing Specialist plans and implements the overall marketing initiatives of the organization. The position requires involvement in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy utilizing project management processes to meet required deadlines. The position also requires performing market research, developing integrated marketing communication plans for new projects, coordinating digital marketing efforts, organizing exhibits and collateral for industry events, facilitating internal communications, and protecting and promoting the organizational brands. In addition, the position will work with the Development department in the development of marketing initiatives to enhance donor relations.
